Susan qualified in dentistry from Guy's Hospital in 1986. She worked in General Practice and Hospital Posts for three years and started her Postgraduate specialist training at King's College Hospital, London in 1989. Susan completed her specialist qualifications in 1992 and set up in specialist practice later that year.

Riz qulaified in dentistry from Kings College in 1995. He worked in General Practice and Hospital Posts for four years. Riz started his Postgraduate specialist training in orthodontics in 1999 in Bristol, qualifying as a specialist Orthodontist in 2002.

Kate qualified in dentistry from Guy's Hospital in 1983. Kate joined Hinchley Wood Practice in 2000 and also works part-time in the Orthodontic Department of the Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guildford.
